Warehouse Supervisor (Evening Shift)

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our evening operations at our Arlington facility. This role is critical to maintaining the flow of our Outbound and Receiving departments. The ideal candidate is a dependable leader who excels in high-volume environments and maintains a strong focus on inventory accuracy and team performance. 

 

Shift and Compensation:

  • Location: Arlington, Tx.
  • $23.50 / hour (90 day probationary period)
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:00 pm - 12:00 am
  • Training Period: First 30-45 days will be conducted during day-shift operational hours (8:00am - 4:00pm) for comprehensive onboarding/training. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Supervise and assist evening Inbound and Outbound operations, ensuring all Receiving and Outbound teams meet daily objectives.
  • Inventory Control: Execute regular cycle counts and maintain high levels of inventory accuracy. 
  • Processes Management: Apply expert knowledge of packing and shipping processes to streamline workflow
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain KPI reporting and uphold performance metrics. 
  • Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between Warehouse Management and team members to ensure clear and effective information flow. 
  • Documentation: Maintain and update SOP’s
  • Personnel Development: Lead the training and integration of new hires.

  • Problem Solving: Critical thinker with the ability to resolve operational issues in real-time
  • Organization: Excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail. 
  • Professionalism: A self-starter who is dependable and consistently reliable. 
 

Minimum Experience and Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Full proficiency in reading and writing English
  • Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basis
