Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts with flexible scheduling)
Compensation: Starting at $19/hour + comprehensive benefits package

About the Role
We’re searching for a Product Development Specialist to join our growing Private Label team. In this role, you will take part in creating, improving, and launching innovative outdoor and tactical products. You’ll work closely with vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life and deliver exceptional products to our customers.
What You’ll Do
Product Development & Innovation
- Collaborate with manufacturers to develop new private label products, from concept to market.
- Review and refine prototypes to ensure functionality, quality, and compliance.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, photography, and listing teams to prepare products for launch.
- Act as the main point of contact for vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment with GRITR’s vision.
Execution & Quality Control
- Manage timelines to ensure product launches meet deadlines.
- Oversee product quality and collaborate with manufacturers to address improvements.
- Assist in creating technical documents, including product specifications.

Preferred Experience
- Background in product development or a related field.
- Familiarity with CAD,3d printing or design drafting (preferred but not required).
- Interest in outdoor and tactical products; familiarity with firearms is a plus (training provided as needed).
